has anyone used YouTrack for non dev/tech team? I've been using it for year and it's terrific once you get to know how to use it.
For part of the Operations (consulting work) we are using Asana that I find it frustrating for the lack of capacity (time tracking, planning, reporting)
I had in mind to use youtrack also for that team, but it seem heavily a tool for dev. Names and values of fields are dev-related, boards too.
Has anyone experience of using it for non-dev team as task manager?
