Can I measure average time tasks spent in the different states?

Our team use agile board and sprints. We use states for tasks: to do, in progress, testing, ready to release and others.
I want to know the average time, which tasks spend in these states
We don't use preliminary estimation in hours
Can I measure the average time?

We have a state transition report. However, this doesn't include time spent in a specific state. For the latter, there's a related feature request in our public tracker: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-33259/Complete-State-transition-report. One of the ideas is to have a report that can show how much time an issue has been in each state. Please feel free to vote for this issue. This helps us gauge how much impact this feature will have on our customer base, and you’ll also get subscribed to the issue’s notifications. To do so, sign in to JetBrains YouTrack and hit
Additionally, you can retrieve activity data via YouTrack REST API, which basically is issue history, via the REST API and build such a report elsewhere.

I need to evaluate lead time, i.e. how much time do we need to bring task from to do to done

Can I retrieve infromation about start date and end date about tags? I want to know, when tag added to issue, and when it removed
