So it means something is messing up CORS headers in your environment. Is there a reverse proxy installed in front of YouTrack? Nginx, Apache, or IIS maybe?

Hi Koby, I don't believe it's possible. In reporting YouTrack uses the current issue id only. Previous issue ids are tracked to keep links and bookmarks working, but that's that.
