Hello, Vitaly! You should be able to update this setting on /admin/workSchedule page in YouTrack 6.5 (or on /workSchedule page in YouTrack 6.0 or older).

We are thinking about a major API redesign, but old API will likely be available too. Redesigned API should be documented and is planned for YouTrack 7.0.

Also, we use http://schema.openid.net/contact/email and such and not OpenID Simple Registation.
