Hi!  For creating a link to another article you can just insert the id of the article into the text and it will be automatically converted to the link.

You should click on 31 MORE under searches list, find your search there and click on eye icon. Then after page refresh it'll appear in a dropdown

Trev I'm sorry I didn't notice it before: it should be entities.IssueLinkPrototype instead of  workflow.IssueLinkPrototype

Trev could you please attach logs of this workflow rule? They can be found in the lower panel in workflow editing UI. Could you please also attach a screenshot of your Issue Links Settings page?
