Planning and managing issues
Hello,
The company I'm working in is about to start using Youtrack as project managing and bug tracking system. So we are wondering if Youtrack will fit some our requiraments.
Basically most important thing for us is that we have two indipendantly working teams but developers are in common. Now we are using start and due dates as key for our projects management and issue handling for planning. It is important for us that if some urgant issue comes up during planned period (e.g.sprint), other issues with similar due date (during sprint, till the end of sprint) should be autimatically postponed by the urgent issue's estimation time (planned issues' due date + urgent issues estimation time).
Is it possible to customize Youtrack for such case? Should we try to create workflows for this case?
