Upsource review from card in agile board

I've been using youtrack and upsource for a little while now and I can't find any information on automatically creating a review from upsource. I am using an agile board and I would like to have a review in upsource automatically created everytime I move a card from the 'Develop' state into the 'Review' state. Is this possible at all?
I've tried looking at the workflow editor to see if it was possible to set up a workflow through that but after days of trying, I can't get it to work with my server.

Any information or help would be greatly appreciated.
