Search archived projects

The ability to archive projects is an important way to keep our youtrack clean and usable.  Unfortuantely there are many times when we need to search for an old bug or feature in a project that has been archived.  Since the search doesn't include archive projects we have to unarchive the project, search, do the needful, and then archive the project again.  

I propose that search include archived projects by default with an option to exclude them, or continue to exclude them but have an option to include them (I prefer the former).
