Time Tracking Broken?

Since the update to 2017.1 that was released on InCloud over the weekend, I have been encountering issues with Time Tracking on my existing projects:

If I add a work item, by default the date is shown as today, but when I save the item, the date is saved as yesterday.

If I select a date on the date picker, the date saves as the day previous to the one I selected.

If I edit an existing work item, and select today's date, the date is saved as tomorrow.

The time report is displaying the wrong dates.

I noticed the issue yesterday, and it is continuing today.

 

Please advise how I can correct this, as it is throwing off reporting.

 

I am using YouTrack InCloud. My Instance is bioclinica.youtrack.com. The time zone is Eastern Time (US). The time format is the default.
