How do you lock down fields on issue creation?
When creating new issues on the youtrack board (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/JT#newissue) reporters can only modify Type, Browser, OS, and Affected versions. I was wondering how that was setup (be it field settings, permission settings, or workflow rules)?

On youtrack.jetbrains.com we use a combination of permissions + private fields. External reporters don't have permissions to edit private fields, so you can only change the public fields.
