awcToken.properties doesn't exist

Hi,

I'm running YouTrack on Windows Server 2008. It functions fine and I'm looking to integrate it with Upsource, which in turn requires migrating YouTrack to Hub.

I am stuck at the point where I have to provide a token which is theoretically located at C:\ProgramData\JetBrains\YouTrack\data\internal\services\adminService\awcToken.properties. In reality this location doesn't exist on my system, and there is no file called awcToken.properties on my C:\ drive.

I have generated a token manually for my admin user in YouTrack (as per here) but I receive an 'Error: Invalid AWC token' message when I try to use it on the YouTrack Configurator log in page.

I'm not sure what else to try - could anyone advise on what I could be doing wrong?

Thanks!

Hi Leo, thank you for your question.

1) If you have copied this path C:\ProgramData\JetBrains\YouTrack\data\internal\services\adminService\awcToken.properties from the configuration window, please check that you have administrator access to this directory. You need to belong to the administrators group.

2) Please check the `data-dir` property in the file `C:\ProgramData\JetBrains\YouTrack\conf\internal\bundle.properties` and send it to us.

Thank you.
