Matrix Report Not Correct

I have a matrix report set up that is Type x State.  My 'Types' are "Enhancement", "New Feature", "Problem", and "Question".  My 'States' are "Backlog New", "Requirements", "In Development", "QA In Progress", "UAT in Progress", "Release", "Production", "Closed", "Withdrawn".

In the Matrix report, it appears to be summing up all of the items that are "Backlog New", "Release", and "UAT In Progress" under "Release" on the report.

I don't see anything on the fields configuration for the project or the report that would cause this.  I have the same report running successfully in other projects configured exactly the same way.

Any thoughts?
