html tags in the response

We tried to integrate Freshdesk and Youtrack thru webhooks. We are able to create an issue in Youtrack from freshdesk, however we see the html tags in the issue description. How to suppress the html tags in the issue description

Unfortunately, we are not aware, how to do this, sorry.
