Fetching mailbox never finish

Hi There, 

 

I have an issue with my YouTrack, sometime the mailbox fetching seems to be locked and i got something like this : 

Processed 0 messages from INBOX (3 weeks ago)

Nothing happen when i click on Cancel button, i have to completely restart YouTrack to get it back. 

For information : YouTrack is running on a docker.

I had the same problem using protocol IMAP , I had to choose POP.

What protocol are you using? Is changing to POP as mentioned previously helps?
