Youtrack Login Failed - On unchecking the 'Remember Me' Checkbox

Hi,
I tried to login to youtrack by unchecking the 'Remeber Me' checkbox, but I couldn't logged in. This is happening after I clear the browser cache and cookies. I issue is seen in Google Chrome browser.
What could be the solution for resolving the issue?

Hello, could you please attach some screenshots illustrating the issue? Do you use an InCloud or a standalone YouTrack? If it's InCloud, please let me know the name of the instance. Thanks!

I would like to inform you that we are using YouTrack Free Pack YouTrack 5.2.5 Build 8823.
Please find the below screenshots. When I tried to login by unchecking the 'Remember me' checkbox , it is redirected to the base URL which I have given in settings. But I couldn't understand why it is not logged in ??
But when i check the 'Remember Me' checkbox, I can able to logged in.
Could you please record two HAR files for us, one with the attempt to log in with this box checked and the other one without this checkbox? Hi Rakhi, thanks for the files. Here is a couple of suggestions:
1) Configure your base URL so that it doesn't point to localhost or any IP in your local network. https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/YTD5/Managing+Basic+Settings#ManagingBasicSettings-SystemSettings
2) Upgrade to a newer YouTrack version if your license allows it. This issue doesn't reproduce in the newer versions.
