Permission management service (Hub) is unavailable

Since we are unable to login to our Youtrack accounts. An error screen appears saying -  Permission management service (Hub) is unavailable. 

We have cloud subscription. 

I cant seem to find the direct support email or contact. This a major issue and we need someone to look into it asap.
