Upgrade from 2017.2.32853 -> 2017.2.33372 fails due to lock on Xodus log by the YouTrack process itself

Hello,

First time facing an upgrade failure, going from 2017.2.32853 -> 2017.2.33372. After locating the old YouTrack directory and proceeding with the setup, the upgrade fails to start with Xodus log file being locked: "..youtrack\youtrack.tmp_676f8a00-116a-4420-8167-2377a83f0120\0000000ag00.xd: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.". However, searching by handles, the locking process is the YouTrack process itself, i.e. no other processes have open handles to the file in question.

What gives?

Could you please double check, that the previous version of YouTrack is stopped? Unless please create a support request (top right corner) and provide log files https://youtrack-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206546369-When-we-ask-you-to-provide-additional-details-logs-database-HAR-etc- .
