User cannot view Agile Board backlog. Exception thrown when adding cards

Greetings,
We have two (presumably related) issues right now:
1) We have an agile project in which the users cannot view the edit button on their backlog.
2) When attempting to add a card to their board, the following exception is displayed: com.jetbrains.teamsys.dnq.database.TransientEntityImpl cannot be cast to java.lang.Iterable

The version information is as follows:

  • JetBrains Bug & Issue Tracker YouTrack 7.0
  • Build 28110 Wed, 02 Nov 2016 14:52:55 GMT

Does this sound like a known issue or does anyone have any initial insights or should I submit a ticket?

1. Seems like a known issue, fixed in the later verions.

2. Please provide the log files in the support request, this would be more convenient.
