I can no longer created projects, the option dissapeared

I no longer have an option to create a project, can you please tell me what I need to do to get the option back again. I'm using YouTrack 2017.2.

I installed YouTrack a few days ago and I'm fairly new to it, I've looked at the settings and it's not clear what I need to do to get the option to create a project again.

Could you please provide the screenshot of the issue? Are you the administrator of the account?

Hi Lüba,

I had to rollback to a recent backup to resolve the issue, so not able to get any further info on the issue. I was the administrator. Not really sure what I did, it was my first time using it so maybe I did something "weird". Thanks for the reply though.
