I can not run two tomcat on mac at the same time

But i can do this on windows 10. I open two projects in two idea windows, and configure tomcat different settings.It seems that the tomcat shutdown port conflict, but nowhere can change the settings. I find that idea auto generate settings in user directory when run tomcat. On windows 10, when the shutdown port 8005 is already used, idea will auto choose other random port, but on mac it will not, and i can't change the settings manually cause there is no such setting in idea.
