Some Commits not automatically attached

I have an integration with a bitbucket repo.

2 commits with exactly the same message starting with Issue-ID. 

Only one is displayed on the VCS changes tab. 

What can be the problem?

Could you please create a support ticket and provide the screenshots of your BitBucket integration and of the VCS changes tab in issue?
