I would like to be able to run a report that shows changes to a sprint. Is this possible?
I have just started to use the sprint board and I have given access to the team and I would like to be able to run a report or receive notifications when there are any additions/deletions/updates to this board. Is this possible?

YouTrack doesn't have a build-in functionality for this use-case.
If I get you right, you want to get notifications about related cards (when a card is added to a sprint etc). You can get such a behaviour using workflow rules: you can write a workflow rule which will monitor issues that are put on sprint, or are on sprint or removed from sprint of this board, and add you as a watcher to the issue. As soon as you become a watcher you'll get notifications about corresponding issue changes (including it's movements over the board).
However, if you want to get notifications about the changes of the board and sprint themselves (like 'The name of the sprint is changed') then there is no way to get such notifications in YouTrack.
