Issue time tracking

Help me please with advanced automatic time tracking.

When developer move "task" to "in proggress", - we start time tracking. When task moved to "to verify" board - time tracking should stop.

System have to calculate time from 10:00 to 19:00 and only from monday to friday.

But we need smth which helps to track time, for example, in 9:00 in saturday

We using youtrack + gitlab
Or smth like start time tracking when "in progress", and stop when commit to git...

Or maybe you know better solution for advanced time tracking?
