Create issues from email
I want to create issues from an email account.
I make the connection and the test is passing. Every 10 minutes is checking for new emails in my Google Apps email account.

I created a rule to get all messages in a specific project.

But nothing is happening. I send test emails messages to this helpdesk account, but Youtrack is not creating issues from these emails.
Can you help me?
