How to give to a user Reporter role only?

Hello,

 

Maybe I missed something but I use YouTrack InCloud from 1 month now and I have a difficulty with role users.

Why people that I create, have automatically Developer role?

I have some user where I want that. But for others they just need to have the Reporter role.

Furthermore, there is no way to remove the Developer role from a user...

 

Hope someone has a solution and hope it's possible. If not what is the concept? :)

Hello,

 

If you want, we can investigate via support ticket, how to change the role, or you can use a workaround: to reduce a number of permissions for the Developer role as per: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/incloud/Default-Roles.html .

Yes I would prefer to give the right role to the user than change the number of permissions of default role.
