Change LDAP server when can't log in to Youtrack
We lost one of the domain controllers, specifically the one that is used by youtrack (6.5) as the ldap server. consequently nobody can log in. is there a way to change the LDAP server name in YouTrack when I can't log in to change it?
Thanks

Hello,
Unfortunately, you need to login to change the LDAP server. But you can do it with root credentials, do you still have them?
It was installed by somebody else a year ago and that person has left.
I tried root/root and I got the LDAP error msg.

Could you please try to restore root password as described here: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/standalone/Changing-or-Restoring-Password-and-Permissions-for-Root.html ?
Thank you Luba.
Working again.
