Can't edit imported slack workflow

I'm new to YouTrack and setup a local instance of it. I want to integrate this into slack and need to edit the workflow files so I can change the slack webhook url. I tried to edit the file manually, but it won't upload. I don't see any way to get any other editors but the online editor. Is there something I'm missing?

Hello Andrew, how exactly are you trying to upload your workflow? Could you please send a screenshot? Are there any errors?
