Slack app not working for some users
Hi,
I've approved the YouTrack app as a Slack space admin, but it still doesn't work for some users. The error is the following:
“To enable notifications, first authorize the app with your YouTrack”.
But when the user follows the link, he sees that the app is already authorized.
Users try to re-login, but it does not help.

I can confirm the issue exists: JT-76858. We will do our best to fix it soon. You can subscribe to the issue I linked (vote or mark it with a star) to receive a notification when it becomes resolved.
