Ratio of all tasks to closed task this sprint to all tasks for previous sprints on a dashboard

Hello! I cant customize my dashboards to monitor velocity of my team to see all tasks to closed tasks in this current sprint and in all prevoius sprints to compare this number. I've tried burndown diafram but all tasks that have been moved to the current sprint are disappeared fro, statistics. Please help
