The password requirements are stupid.

You heard me. I have a 20 word password that contains both non and capitals, letters and symbols, that would take 10 years to crack.
If I so choose, I will use it or one of the other poems I've made into a password. Should you try to force me, I will write a silly password in a notepad and then forget it. To be clear! Optional added security - yes. Forced added security - no.

Hi. If you are referring to youtrack.jetbrains.com, the password strength requirement is one of our security policies that cannot be changed for legal and other reasons. In case you have your own and separate YouTrack instance (whether Cloud or Server), the requirements can be modified to accept any passwords:
