Show estimates in Time Reports even though no time has been entered

I have to pull time reports by project weekly to compare actuals versus estimates against our release schedule. To get Time Reports to show all estimates, I have to enter at least 1 minute of spent time in each issue. It would be great if Time reports rolled up all issues in the query and displayed estimates and times spent whether or not estimates and spent times have been entered. It's real easy to export to a spreadsheet and take out stuff I don't need instead of having to go enter fake spent time in every issue I need to see.
