Bidirectional Integration YouTrack-Zendesk?

I am setting the integration of YouTrack with Zendesk and have a doubt.

I have to create an issue in Zendesk, and inmediately went to create a tag in YOutrack, but when I put a new event in the tag ( a new comment, change de priority or something else ) it has not a reversion in Zendesk ticket. None change in it.

I´d like to know if the comunication between YouTrack and Zendesk it could be bidirectional or not, and in case of yes, how I can implement it?.
