Youtrack OnPrem Proxy Configuration for VCS Intergration

We are running Youtrack 6.5 onprem behind a corporate proxy, really excited for VCS intergration with bitbucket however we dont seem to able to make a connection.

TeamCity you can configure proxy settings in the TEAMCITY_SERVER_OPTS environment var which we use in the same environment to pull changes from bitbucket.

Does youtrack not provide the same proxy support as teamcity?
