I'm really frustrated with youtrack. I understand the desire for a company to make money, but if you are mimicking JIRA, then do it properly - why can't one comment on a closed issue? I'm disagree with a issue resolution (it wasn't fixed really) and want to alert the author about it, giving more details. And I simply can't....

Andrew,

A little less emotion and it's going to be ok.

Juriy, it's hard, really hard. The old jira instance wasn't super-fast, but current youtrack is timing out more often than it works, unfortunately. I wish you all the best with the new product, but switching every IDEA user to youtrack without any announcement, and then forcing everyone into using a raw quality product... emotions arise in the community.

Andrew,

True, we currently have some recurring stability issues with our YouTrack instance and we're investigating them (we're using YouTrack extensively and timeouts annoy us as well). Personally, I can't say it's THAT bad lately but it's a work in progress of course. If you've been unlucky enough to encounter timeouts over and over again, sorry for that.
