Purging deleted file attachments from database Follow
Is there a way to finally remove files attached to a issue from the database?
So far I found a way to mark attachments as deleted, but they still remain in the database and are accessible in the history. It is a legal requirement for us to delete customer data, after we fixed a bug, that only can be reproduced with data from our customers. I guess an option in the YouTrack administration to purge deleted attachments would be good.

You or customer himself can set required visibility of attachments, isn't
it enoguh?

Since the attachment can contain personal data we are required to effectively delete this information. This is a requirement that stems from german law (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) and the agreement (NDA) with our customers.
