YouTrack user gets notifications for issues he hasn't created or commented in any way


I have a YouTrack user getting notifications via "Assigned to me" saved search while the issues being reported were neither created neither commented by this user. He just gets them without any reason from what I can see. YouTrack version 2.1.0, I can see in my "Sent" folder (mails are sent through my Gmail SMTP) all messages sent to the user.

User's notification settings from his profile are attached.

Has anyone ever had a similar issue ?
