TC Integration Becomes Stalled, And There Is No Workaround On Hosted

I'd like to be able to "restart" a hosted instance to try and restart the TC integration Mine has become stuck, and there is no way to stop a TC update operation that is running. I even went so far as deleting my TC integration, but I am not sure this did anything, because TC integration is now not working at all.
