Show Comments in "Issues in HTML"

I am trying to show the comments posted in the Issues in HTML view.  I cannot find a way to display them.  I looked at project fields. Also looked at the report options. What I need is a report/view that lists each Issue with the description and comments.  Any guidance if this is possible would be helpful!

unfortunately it's not possible now.

I created the issue http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/JT-11596 for you. Feel free to vote it.

I assume the only way to get the list you've asked is to use REST API.

Thank you for the reply.  I had a feeling that the API was going to be the only way to accomplish this.
