Field label on New issue screen
Is it possible to show label for custom fields on New issue screen? If there are more custom fields, the page becomes a bit chaotic and I had to solve it by setting no-value-text to something which would be writen in label if there is one.

You can locate mouse pointer over custom field and look at its name in tooltip.
Another way, as you have mentioned, is to specify empty value like "No Author", "No Reporter" etc.
OK, I understand it's not possible. This would be a very helpful enhancement, I felt a bit lame telling users to hover over the field to find out what does that field mean when there is huge empty space around it...
