Filling custom fields via mailbox integration

Dear All!
Is it possible to creat an issue via mailbox integration with automatic filling custom fields?
For example: I have external helpdesk system, which can send email to youtrack with own ticket ID. And I want to put this ID into a custom field within issue.

You can use apply command in MailBox settings or write custom Workflow.

I found only 1 example in documentation, which describes apply command: ${from} variable, which allow to set sender's e-mail adress to a custom field.
Where can I see full list of available variables?
How can I get email-topic from email, which variable should I use?

To my regret it's only possible to get only from address.
But you can parse summary with workflow.
