Import jira on-demand into youtrack hosted -- jira2yourtrack.py command line arguments?

Following the instructions from http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-16256, the command line arguments provided seem incorrect. There is a issues_count argument required as well. What does that mean? Are there any additional instructions for running this script? Is the right way to import from jira 5 on-demand into a hosted yourtrack?
