Mark issue as reliant on another?

In YouTrack, is it possible to say, create two separate tasks but mark the 2nd task as being reliant on the first? Meaning that the 2nd task can't be done until the first task has been done?

Hello condor.

You could resolve your case with Depend link type and workflow.
For that you should add link between issue A and B, marking A as Depends on: B. We have default workflow, which does not allow to fix issue with unresolved dependencies. To turn it on you should go to the Administration>Workflow and attach jetbrains-youtrack-dependencies workflow to your project.

Thanks. Haven't really looked into how the "Workflow" stuff works yet or what it is, but I'll check it out. :)
