Inform user about upcoming maintenance
We like to plan and announce the downtime of our youtrack within youtrack with a message on top of the site.
The text should be something like "youtrack will be unavailable on 01.01.2013 because of maintenance".
Is there a possibility to show such a message to the user (on each site/page)?
