Agile Board Configuration

It would be useful to have a feature in the agile settings to select a default saved search to apply to the agile board.  I would envision this being similar to the "Saved search to show as backlog:" feature.  I have posted this as issue JT-18123.  The use case is that I have multiple projects, but in only one project I want to see issues from all projects on the sprint.  The rest, I would like to see only the issues from that particular project without having to create or select a search each time I go to that project's agile board.  If there is a workaround to this, I would be grateful to hear it.
