How to create a template text when registering an issue

When I report a YouTrack bug and start writing in the subject field, a template text is presented. How is this done?

EDIT: I found the answer myself: This is a Jetbrains default workflow "jetbrains-youtrack-defaultDescription" that can be attached to a project
