Two applications YouTrack on one Linux server

How to run two applications YouTrack on one Linux server?
I tried on one of the applications to change the ports in the config file wrapper.conf:
wrapper.app.parameter.2=8090
wrapper.port.min=33000
wrapper.port.max=33999
But nothing happened. The second application with the first will not start.

logs are written only in wrapper.log:
cat ./wrapper.log | tail -n 14
