We trialed YouTrack under the oxinfolabs.com domain(oxinfolabs.myjetbrains.com) and let it go inactive. Upon revisiting the application of YouTrack we subscribed under the oxil.co.uk domain (oxil.myjetbrains.com).
We would like to transfer (import) the issues from the trial domain to the subscription domain. We no longer seem to have any access to the trial domain - none of our email addresses for the lost password wizard work so we can't extend the trial ourselves.
May we have the trial activated for a bit to make the import possible?
