Cannot create project

Hi support team,

i have just downloaded youtrack to clean installation of W2003 server, created first users and tried to create first project. However nothing happens when I click CREATE. If I miss some fields, they are evaluated as being missing, there is exclamation mark, but when I complete them all, nothing happens.

Can you advice?

Please, clarify what do you see after clicking "Create" button?
If it's possible, provide us with the screenshot please.

As the system was fresh, i.e. No data in, I have not investigated too much and reinstal it again.
