Post-processing suddenly not working

I have post-processing working on three projects with a custom string field. I have the alias set to email. In mail integration it is working for two of three projects. On the third project, I keep getting a reply notification that the command cannot be applied. This is racking my brain to find out what changed but I cannot find one at all. Please help as this project is a live project.

Hello Phillip,

Please, clarify, who set as a reporter of your issues in mailbox integration project ? Does he (or do they, in case you create new account for each sender) have permissions "Create issue" and "Update issue" in a particular project? May it be the case that someone with admin permissions change set of permissions for reporter user(s) ? And is this custom field of string type public in all of three projects?

Also, please, attach a screenshot of your mailbox integration rules.

We were able to fix the issue. The project lead and maintainer didn't have the proper permissions which caused the command apply to fail.
