Workflow editor - can't login
Hi All,
I'm using incloud instance of youtrack and can't download workflow. Trying to connect using admin account, and get an error "Connection error: Can't login user. Forbidden".
Seems to be a simple problem and there should be a setting perhaps that allows such a connection, but I failed to find anything either in the documentation or on the administration page.
Can anyone advise what should be done to fix the problem?
Thanks,
Zurab

Could you please specify which YouTrack and Workflow Editor versions do you use?

Alexander
I'm using incloud instance version 4.2.4 (6052) and latest workflow editor 5.0 from July 25 build (Can't see the build no properly as the text on my screen is over the background logo :$)
We'll investigate the situation. Meanwhile, could you please let us know if there's any proxy used in your network to access the Internet?
Yes, there is a corporate infrastructure between me and the internet ... will have to try from home or some coffee shop outside to connect, but just tried to login using a connection shared from a cell phone and got the same, forbidden status ...
Did your attempts succeeded?
I'm sorry for delayed response, I did check from a home computer that connects to internet directly (in fact, I was in another country altogether :)) but got the same error... Should I contact the support directly so that we check if there is wrong with my instance?
That all sound strange. In order to investigate the situation, your instace name is required. You can either provide it here or email us at youtrack-incloud-support@jetbrains.com.
I've sent an email with the instance name.
Thanks,
